Darode Jog Properties Ties-up With HDFC for Special Rate of Intrest on Home Lones

Pune, June 15, Darode Jog Properties, one of the leading construction companies in the city has come up with yet another strong offering for customers as a part of its yearlong silver jubilee celebrations. It has tied-up with HDFC Ltd., India’s premiere housing finance company to offer a very special rate of interest on home loans for ‘Crossover County’, one of its flagship projects on Sinhagad Road.
Elaborating the features of this tie-up Sudhir Darode, Director, Darode Jog Properties said, “Under this tie-up HDFC shall offer a very special rate of interest of 6.25% on the home loans up-to 30 Lacs for customers, who will purchase a flat from our ‘Crossover County’ project on Sinhagad Road.”
This special rate of interest is 3% less than the current prevalent rate of interest of HDFC for salaried class and shall be applicable for the first two years repayment period and then on it will be as per the HDFC prevailing rate that time.
“Not only will this prove to be financially beneficial for the customers but will also help in increasing their loan eligibility”, said Anand Jog, Director, Darode Jog Properties.
‘Crossover County’ is probably the first of its kind premium housing project on Sinhagad Road within the Corporation limits and is fast approaching completion. The possession of the flats in this project shall be given in next 6 to 9 months.
