Pune, March 6: City based Darode Jog Properties; one of the most trusted names from the world of real estate has unveiled ‘Padmanabh’ its mega residential project at Dudulgaon on Moshi –Alandi BRT road. It is in the close proximity of business hubs of Bhosari, Markal and Chakan and is just 10minutes drive away from the proposed International Convention Centre at Moshi. In addition, other required facilities like Schools and Colleges, hospitals, Malls and Multiplexes are also in close vicinity and can be reached in just 5 to 15 minutes”, informed Sudhir Darode.

“The project is well within the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation Limits and thus has all public infrastructure facilities like road, electricity, water and drainage ready unlike many other projects that are being offered at the same price as us but do not fall under any corporation limits and thus do not have any such basic public infrastructure available”, he added.

‘Padmanabh’ will also come up with a very customer friendly home loan facility, where customer can complete the booking formalities by paying just the 10% of the purchase value. Subsequent to which the financial institutions will pay 70% at various stages of development. After this the customer will pay 10% and then the financial institution will pay the last 10% payable at the time of possession.

This system will offer great flexibility to the home buyers as they will get a lot of time which is close to a year to year and a half to gather their balance 10% funds after they book the flat unlike in other cases where financial institutions start paying only after the purchaser pays his own contribution of 20%.

Some of the facilities that will be made available at ‘Padmanabh’ include landscaped garden, sewage treatment plant, rainwater harvesting, organic waste converter, party lawn, play area for children, basketball court and generator backup for lifts to name a few.

the 1, 1.5 and 2 BHK flats at ‘Padmanabh’ would be sized at 550, 710 and 850 respectively. Prices of these flats would range between Rs.20 Lacs to 35 Lacs.
